Mock Practice Routine
Practice Days (5-6 days/wk):
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Team Practice: Athletes engage in structured team practices focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Break: Athletes utilize this time for academic pursuits, including attending classes or working part-time jobs to support their educational goals.
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Team Weight Training: Athletes participate in strength and conditioning sessions tailored to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
8:00 PM (1x per week)
- Mental Training: Focuses on mental preparedness, including visualization techniques, goal setting, and coping strategies for high-pressure situations.
