Palm Springs, CA — The California Grizzlies are excited to announce the addition of Alexander Dolmat, an outfielder from Burnaby, British Columbia, who will join the program for the 2026–2027 season.
Dolmat, a 2026 graduate, stands 5’11”, 175 pounds, and brings a well-rounded skillset to the Grizzlies roster. Known for his strong defensive instincts and versatility in the outfield, Dolmat has developed a reputation as a player who can impact the game on both sides of the ball. His ability to track balls in the gaps, cover ground defensively, and apply pressure offensively makes him a valuable addition to the Grizzlies’ dynamic style of play.
Dolmat’s athleticism and defensive reliability in the outfield, combined with an aggressive offensive approach, are expected to fit seamlessly into the program’s fast-paced and competitive environment.
Head Coach Zack Novis shared his excitement about the addition:
“We’re extremely excited to welcome Alexander to the Grizzlies. He’s a versatile outfielder who plays the game the right way. His defensive ability and athleticism in the outfield will be a huge asset, and offensively he’s the type of player who can create pressure and produce. Alexander is a weapon that fits perfectly into the dynamic style of baseball we want to play.”
The Grizzlies continue to recruit high-level talent from across North America, and Dolmat’s commitment represents another strong addition to the program’s upcoming roster.
The California Grizzlies look forward to welcoming Alexander to the organization and supporting his continued development as he prepares for the next level of collegiate baseball.
