California Post Grad Baseball Announces Commitment of 2025 RHP Deacon Fritz

California Post Grad is proud to announce the commitment of Deacon Fritz, a 2025 graduate and right-handed pitcher from Silverado High School in Las Vegas, NV. A four-year varsity player, Deacon brings valuable experience and a high ceiling to the CPG pitching staff.

Fritz (@deaconf2025) has consistently competed at a high level throughout his high school career. His time as a four-year varsity arm has prepared him for the next step, and the coaching staff at California Post Grad believes the best is still ahead.

“Deacon has the kind of experience that can’t be taught,” said Casey Dill, Director of Baseball Operations. “He’s competed at a high level for four straight years, and that gives him a strong foundation to grow from competing against collegiate competition. We’ve had a lot of success with pitchers in our program, and we expect Deacon to be no different. He’s going to leave here as a polished arm ready to make an impact at the college level.”

Head Coach Zack Novis added, “Deacon has a great feel for the game and carries himself like a true competitor. There’s a lot of untapped potential, and we’re excited to work with him day in and day out. He’s going to make an early impact on our staff and eventually become someone who proudly represents California Post Grad as he continues his career.”

California Post Grad continues to develop high-level talent on the mound, and the addition of Deacon Fritz further strengthens its tradition of preparing pitchers for the next level.
