Colorado Standout Ryan O’Hearn Signs to California Post Grad Baseball

California Post Grad is proud to announce the commitment of Ryan O’Hearn, a 2025 graduate from Cheyenne Mountain High School in Colorado Springs, CO. A three-year varsity player, O’Hearn brings speed, grit, and versatility to the CPG roster.

With a career .281 batting average and a near-perfect record on the basepaths — being thrown out only once in his high school career — O’Hearn is the definition of a high-IQ, high-motor player. His aggressive baserunning and willingness to do whatever it takes to win make him a valuable asset to any lineup.

“Ryan plays the game the right way,” said Casey Dill, Director of Baseball Operations. “He’s gritty, dependable, and does all the little things that help teams win. His ability to impact the game on the bases, in the field, and at the plate makes him an exciting player to add to our roster. We can’t wait to watch him thrive here and beyond.”

Head Coach Zack Novis added, “Ryan is a ballplayer, plain and simple. He gives you everything he’s got, every single play. We’re looking forward to using him in multiple roles — center field, middle infield — wherever the team needs him. Guys like Ryan make everyone around them better.”
